You must be 16 or older

AtlasRivals is not available to anyone under 16. You confirm your age when you first sign in. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we delete it.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure, because anyone who can use it can use your AtlasRivals account. Do not share your account, and do not create accounts for other people.

Playing fairly

Scores and rankings are calculated on our servers. Do not use bots, scripts, or modified clients to submit answers, and do not try to extract answers before submitting them. We may reset scores, or remove accounts, that do this.

Your content

Your display name is visible to people you play with. Choose one that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone.

Our content

The questions, design, and code of AtlasRivals belong to us. Country borders and shapes are drawn from Natural Earth data and do not represent any political position on disputed territories.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your account page; it is erased immediately. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these Terms.

The service is provided as it is

We work to keep AtlasRivals available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Croatian or EU law.

Changes

If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you play. Each version is kept in our source history.

Law and disputes

Croatian law applies. As a consumer you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in, and bring a claim in your local courts.
